High tea menus with Indian, Italian, Irish and French influences are available in Sydney.

Italian Style at the Manly Pavilion 
The high teas are a tribute to Manly Pavilion’s past as a former tea room in the 1930’s. Head Chef Jonathan Barthelmess has drawn on his Mediterranean heritage to put a spin on the traditional high tea format to create an Italian style High Tea. The high tea menu features Italian delights such as frittata goats curd and cavalo nero, canolli, Biscotti di Nona and Italian hot chocolate. Aki’s Indian
Playing on the high tea concept with an exotic yet regal menu bringing together a collection of delightful and indulgent sweets, savouries and drinks, in an atmosphere rich with Indian culture and custom. Dishes include: crunchy Jinga Pakoras and spiced Upma with Papdi Crispies, chocolate naan with strawberries guaranteeing sweet dreams. French Food at Patisse Patisserie and Cafe
Patisse bring the baking styles, techniques and traditions of Paris to Sydney. French born and trained Pastry Chef Vincent Gadan (who appeared on Master Chef recently) prepares a high tea menu of French style pastries. An Irish Stitch at The Tea Cosy
When you just need a cup of tea and scone, the Devonshire tea at The Tea Cosy in the Irish quarter of the Rocks have the freshest scones in Sydney. Four different types of scones are baked every day. Scones are served with double thick clotted cream and a choice of 8 jams. Barry’s tea (which is strong and black) is imported in from Ireland.
