Note to Self denim

Make a note to yourself

Let’s not beat around the bush. Melbourne menswear is really hurting. For the eagle-eyed gentleman there aren’t many options. Ever since James Cameron closed up shop I have felt lost.  But that’s only because I haven’t been looking at the bigger picture. There is an old faithful, a long lost friend who has been quietly keeping things real. I am of course speaking of Note To Self jeans.

To digress slightly, I was never the quiet achiever, in fact, 'arrogant' might have been a word used to describe me before. Note To Self is the exact opposite of that. There is a quality and customer service that Note To Self employ when making jeans that you don’t see anymore. Using denim sourced from Japanese mills and local Melbourne manufactures makes for good jeans. The Max jean is the standout. A straight leg classic fit pair of jeans that starts stiff and dies soft all the while gaining character and aging gracefully. By the time you are done with them you’ll both have many stories to tell.

My favorite service offered is the custom made jeans. Book an appointment and Note To Self will personally see to it that your perfect pair of slacks are made. Now if that doesn’t get you excited nothing will. Fireworks shooting out of the pockets would be exciting too, but dangerous. My point is, gone are the days of an honest pair of pants. That is of course until you try on a pair of Note To Self jeans. You'll never feel the same again.
