There was a street festival on the weekend that was blessed with fine weather and high spirits: High Noon - held on High Street Northcote. The festival touts itself as being a little bit different and we would add, buckets of fun for all. Parties were held in windows or on the street, piggy back rides abounded and we spied lots of girls wearing flowers in their hair and even managed to snap one!
