Travelling light in winter isn't easy, so we were somewhat grateful recently to have time up our sleeves to inspect the personal style of our fellow jetsetters.
All three we captured sported layers to enable the wearer to easily adjust according to cabin temperature. Looks were individualised via quirky knits, patterns or statement accessories which have the added bonus of making it easier for collecting friends and family to identify you upon arrival.
Carry-on baggage only is rather convenient for when one wishes to hit the destination ground running. When faced with time delays, there is also the benefit of having all you need easily on hand. Win. Two out of three travellers we photographed had the optimally-functional wheely variety, although one out of three opted for a rather eye-catching and stylish weekender of a bag.
Finally, metal. Normally we'd suggest minimal hardware to reduce the time it takes to get through security; removing and waiting for your bucket of jewellery to get through the scanner can be time-consuming. However in the face of significant flight delays; pile away!
